What is a "westernized diet"? Low in fruits & vegetables, high in transfats, processed food, fried foods and sugar. A western diet encourages constipation. Eat real food, and your gut will be happier! Inflammatory bacteria love sugar, lots of meat and processed food...but they don't stick around when we consume fiber from fresh fruits and veggies. This is something we can do today! J
