Hemotologist wants to do iv iron injections due to my low iron , fettitan levels ...however i am reading about iron being a concern in the brain as buildup , and linked to lesions . Is it safer than taking iron supplements or ? Can anyone help clarify this issue in relation to iron and MS ?
