Bernard Juurlink presented at ISNVD: "arterial pulse pressure waves causing endothelium and myelin damage may be a causal factor on MS." He had a simple and pertinent answer to my question "what would you like to see in the future for the vascular connection in MS?" He'd hope to see researchers willing to entertain alternative hypotheses... Dr Juurlink is a board member of the Canadian Neurovascular Health Society.
