Artificial Blue Light Exposure depletes Ceruloplasmin, which is the key ferroxidase enzyme for proper Copper & Iron metabolism!

I’ve learned from Morley Robbins and his articles, particularly from his “Iron Toxicity Post #61: The EYE-ronic ORIGIN of Alzheimer ’s disease (and ALL other forms of Neurodegeneration KNOWN on this Planet…) ” that the key production site for Ceruloplasmin are our eyes, and that artificial blue light exposure depletes this extremely important enzyme in a BIG way.
So the question is, what can we do to reduce the dangerous exposure to artificial blue light?
My dear FB friend, Melissa Oestreich gave some answers in her #Blockartificialbluelight note where we can learn more about the topic, which I’m allowed to share with you.
