The video images are very similar to those of Dr Rosa's using the Fonar Upright MRI. We know from Dr Rosa's research that mis-alignment at the craniocervical junction will affect fluid flow in the brain. CCSVI Alliance's interview with Dr. Rosa details how CSF flow, with each heart beat, is mal-directed and impacts the brain tissue due to various conditions including cerebellar tonsils (ie Chiari 1).
