Zapraszam jeszcze raz Pana na przyjazd do Polski. Tym razem, aby zrobic sekcje moich zwlok z wyszczególnieniem deformacji zylnych, aby prof Rowinskiemu, jego zonie, prof Ryglewicz pokazac, innym naukowcom pokazac, ze moje deformacje zylne byly przyczyna moich zmian demielizacyjnych, czyli SM. Pragne sie przed Panem przeprosic, ale juz dluzej nie wytrzymam. I regret to inform you all that I have no choice but to commite a suicide as Prof Olgiedr Rowinski (http://www.spcsk.pl/node/13) forbade to operate me on. He oppose to execute Minister decree and prohibits to eliminate veins stenosis. His wife is neurologist and farmacologist:

It is evident conflict of interests. I have warned Prof. Rowinski that his decision leaves me no other choice but commite a suicide. He was given CD with 3 Tesla MRV which proves veins deformation (http://www.ecz-otwock.pl/diagnostykaobrazowa,12,l1.html). The surgery can not be done in any private clinics. Prof. Rowinski is unmoved depite he received the diagnosis performed by Dr. Schelling (Gold Medal Award at CCSVI convention)

In analogy to the cortical, subcortical and basal arterial damages being observed in pulse wave encephalopathies, the periventricular lesions of Mr. Wiercinski are to be accounted for by physical excess pressure exerted on the part of local veins.
There are no arteriovenous fistulas. The local venous excess pressures must therefore intermittently originate in closely related extracranial veins.
It is accordingly necessary to ensure the free emptying of the straigth sinus related internal jugular vein(s) and so to prevent a selective or preferential overburdening of Mr. Wiercinski's periventricular lesion veins by the corresponding routing of venous flow reversals from internal jugular into periventricular lesion veins.

It is not a bluff. I lie in bed for the last year. I work, I pay insurance. I do not apply for any pension. Prof. Rowinski is the only person who take the responsibility for my death. I was supposed to be operated on in WUM hospital but he opposed whithout any explanation just no! Perhaps, he shoud have told, no because my wife is neurologist and she receives 80 % profits from ?curing? MS.
I hope my suicide will not come for nothing. I believe, Prof. Olgierd Rowinski will be fired and will no longer be decision-maker and national consultant of interventional radiology.
I deeply hope that Health Ministry decree that orders to eliminate veins stenosis free of charge for MS patients will no longer be boycotted.
I kindly ask you to pass this letter to other radiologists.
