DR. GARY SISKIN, - COMMUNITY CARE PHYSICIANS IN ALBANY, NEW YORK has announced a change to a new web-based portal.  CCSVI Alliance does not represent or encourage patients to utilize any one particular physician or group, but Dr. Siskin and his group have requested our help in reaching out to their patients, since many read our page.

 All patients who have registered with Community Care/Albany for the CCSVI procedure, will need to register again through the new portal.  Every patient who has previously registered with CCP should be on the lookout for emails regarding this new system.  Once you receive the e-mail,  take a few minutes to register with CCP again if you are still interested in being on their list.  There will be a direct link from the e-mail to the registration page. If your contact information has changed since you registered with CCP or if you just want to check to make sure it is right, please send an e-mail to ccsvi@communitycare.com.
