The Annette Funicello Family is committed to the cause of Multiple Sclerosis for personal reasons. Watching the beloved Annette
suffer with MS for decades, they truly understand the challenges that MS

brings to those who suffer with it and their families. The Funicello

family has been active in raising funds for MS and other Neurological

Diseases through “The Annette Funicello Research Fund for Neurological

Diseases”. This month, the family has announced a very important

donation.

“On behalf of The Annette Funicello Research Fund for Neurological Diseases, Annette and Glen are happy to announce that they
are in the process of presenting a grant to Michael D. Dake M.D. The

funds will be used to support Dr. Dake’s CCSVl research. Please check

back soon for more information on CCSVl and the man who is heading this

encouraging research.

Thanks to the generosity of people like you, Annette’s fund continues to support this and other studies into the cause, cure, and
treatment of MS and other neurological diseases. To learn more about
