We are waiting to hear from a number of people who we have approached as speakers, but currently we have the following speakers confirmed;
Dr Tom Gilhooly has been a GP in Glasgow for the past 21 years. He has been interested in neuroimmune disease for the past 16 years and developed a particular interest in MS treatments. He has developed The
Essential Health Clinic in Glasgow as a centre of excellence for MS
treatments including omega 3, vitamin D and low dose naltrexone (LDN). He
became interested in CCSVI through the MS patients attending the clinic
and has developed the first screening and treatment programme for CCSVI
in the UK. Tom is also akeynote speaker at international omega-3 events.
Professor Marian Simka has been one of the pioneers of CCSVI in the world and has
several publications on the subject. He has treated over 250
patients for CCSVI in his clinic in Poland. Professor Simka has also
written a paper on how to perform Doppler Sonography on the extracranial
veins of MS patients. He works in the Department of Angiology in
Pszczyna in Poland. Professor Simka will present the results of his
recent study: "Correlation of

multiple
sclerosis"
Dr Mark Haacke is a neuro-imaging scientist at McMaster University and Wayne State
University in Detroit. He has long been seeing iron deposits in the
brains of MS patients using a specialised MRI analysis called SWI
(specific weighted imaging). When he saw Zamboni's initial publications,
he immediately contacted the Italian doctor and began collaborating.
His research interests include: MR angiography, SWI to study vascular
disease, stroke imaging, better detection of cancer and brain function.
He supervises graduate students in medical physics and he works with
others to enhance current clinical methods to take research ideas into
the clinical realm.

seminars and congresses on the national and international level. He is a
