Hi,

I had angio done at Arizona Heart Institute on Oct 13th. The procedure restored feeling to my numb hands. Yeah! I still feel good but have had some weird skin reactions and wonder if anyone else has? Exactly six days after the procedure I got a bad skin rash on my stomach, chest and the upper inside of my arms. I had started to take a baby aspirin two days before the rash. AZ institute told me to stop the aspirin and take 50 mg of benedryl every four hours until rash went away. That took two days and my skin was back to normal. Then yesterday I got a hot bright red flush that started on my stomach and went up to where my neck begins and also went out to the upper inside of my arms. I felt like I was on fire and then after about a half hour later the hot feeling subsided but the redness stayed for about 8 hours. The fact that I still have feeling in my hands keeps me from freaking out. Is this normal while your circulation is changing?
