BE CAREFUL!

A lady from Ottawa, Can. had the procedure done by Dr. Mehta Aug., 23,2010. He opened her left juglar vein. There were no complications. She paid 10679 US dollars. No mention was made about additional charges at any time during her followup visits to the clinic. Two weeks post treatment she received another bill for 11,000 Us dollars. This smells fishy to me. Has anyone else had problems with this clinic in Albany NY. Any ideas as to who she could contact. Be very careful if you are booked at this clinic.
