I just got back from Rhode Island for my angioplasty. I was treated very well, everyone at the clinic was just wonderful. I did have 70% blockage in both jugular and the azygus was also cleared with the balloon. I have a EDSS score of 2.5 . I do not take any medication. No stents were needed. I was given Plavex for 30 days. I did not get the miracle relief that some did. The gold standard for recovery is the 3 month mark. So many are discouraged if they don get the miracle cure on the table. But they say it will take 3 months to get the blood flowing properly and for the blood to clean out the gunk in the brain. People expectation are to high hoping and wishing for the miracle cure. Be patient and wait the time it takes to heal. I have a follow up for 3 months. OK, HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE A BLOOD CLOT. Could someone give me a few signs to look for.
