I would have loved to have been one of the lucky ones with immediate results. In fact I went as far as not buying any new flat healed shoes, or pants with wider legs that would accommodate my walkaide. But I had none. I slept through the night initially, but I think that was because the surgery meds were still in me. However, tomorrow will be 1 week since my procedure in Atlanta. The toes on my right foot would get purple. I now notice first one toe is normal, and of last night a 2nd toe is normal. This is what I think, or what I am hoping. I still have tenderness in my neck area and a sore throat since the procedure. Perhaps my veins that were angioplastied are still inflammed. I will keep you posted. Tammy
