I am an eyes forward person.  I look forward to all challenges and risks.

I do not look down.

Thanks to MS, if I do not look down I might stumble and fall.  Like I did yesterday walking into my kids middle school.  NUTS!

I stumbled and fell down on the mat.  Down I went.  My legs are good when they are up.

I played football.  There is a drill called up-downs where you fall on the ground and spring up.  I can fall down just fine, but..

Back to the school.  I am down and I have nothing to grab on to for getting up.  I asked for a got a chair and raised up.

Humiliation!  Hit me right in the pride.

My MS really hits me on my right leg with leg lift.   I am so much better post CCSVI but there are moments like yesterday.

Old military march to a standard beat Ain't no sense in looking down, ain't no discharge on the ground.  Now if I don't look down, I might be on the ground.

Am I alone with this problem?

Thanks.
