Ai3-Advanced Imaging and Interventional Institute is the only outpatient center in the Tampa Bay area to offer treatment for patients with CCSVI. Dr. Gerald Niedzwiecki ("Dr. Jerry") is a board certified/fellowship trained interventional radiologist, and is a nationally recognized leader in multiple aspects of interventional radiology.  Dr Jerry is pleased to be able participate in the care of patients suffering from CCSVI. We perform your MRV (using modified Haacke protocol) & Ultrasound Doppler onsite the day before your CCSVI procedure and that afternoon you will consult with Dr Jerry about your test findings and the upcoming procedure.  On the day of your procedure you will meet Dr Jerry's very highly trained staff consisting of certified nurses, technologists and Physician assistants all of whom assist Dr Jerry during the procedure. Our goal is to provide the safest and most pleasant healthcare environment for our patients.

Additional outpatient procedures performed at Ai3 include:
angioplasty/stenting of narrowings or stenoses of arteries and veins, vertebroplasty of spinal compression fractures, uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) for women with uterine fibroids(as a proven less invasive alternative to hysterectomy), radiofrequency closure(RFC) of varicose veins, radiofrequency ablation(RFA) of cancerous tumors, intravenous port placement for chemotherapy and dialysis graft management.
