I'm wondering if people can share what actually happens during their physiotherapy. 

I was angio'd in November and started my physio after (as advised) but I'm unsure as to whether they actually know what to do with a client with MS.  Most of the patients are sports type injuries and pain is involved.  I guess I'm lucky that I have no pain, my left leg just won't co-operate for walking.

Please share your physio tips so that I can attempt things on my own.
