My flu is gone and wow I feel amazing.  All the set backs were from the flu pushing around my immune system.  My legs are back to walking, and yes without my cane (holly crap)!!!!  My bladder goes when I say now not when it feels like.  I have been told over and over to take it easy and glide into my new journey post treatment.  Hard to do when you have red hair and the spirit behind it.  I am doing it now.  Water aerobics has been put on hold this week and next week.  I have been going to bed by 9pm ( I am up at 6am for work).  In the evenings I am a vegetable on the couch (potato right??)  You would all be very proud of me.  I usually don't take orders well (red hair issues again lol).
