OK, now I speak to you all from reality and memory.

I am walking stiffly, but okish.

I went out and did something simple but work that needed to be done.  We had a toilet seat that was broken.  I purchased the new one a week ago.  I has sat in our kitchen, daring me.

Remember, yesterday at dinner I collapsed.

To answer questions, my daily meds are Gilenya, 1 generic ritalyn 3e==9EX== extend release (20 mg), and 10000 vitamin D3.  This is done early morning, usually about 6:30 am.  I try to eat normally, but I eat a lot in between meals since I no longer work.  I do not smoke, so my mouth has to work on something.  Food  Junk Food.

Neuro asks me to take an antidepressant.  I have the meds, but do not take it because I do not feel depressed.

I am a morning person.  My best times are in the AM until the early afternoon.

Falling yesterday was awful.  During the day today, I have had dizzy moments.  Am I just tired?  Interesting thought. So let us change the experiment.  I was also perscribed a 10mg ritalin generic.  So I took it about 5:40.  if I am just getting tired, might the ritalin help?

I has.   I kinda skipped dinner, and all is well no falls.

Then I went out and changed a toilet seat in a small bathroom.  No big deal, but requires manual labor and effort. Done.  Pitched broken seat.

Helped get the dogs in because our outside dogs sleep inside.

These are not tough actions, but these are not things I would have attempted last night after I fell.

So maybe I have a new way.  This is all individual.

Dr. Zamboni's wife and taking "CRABs."  I recall one of the first youtube videos I watched, that he said she is back on a "CRAB."  This is memory. but I recall it clearly.  I would attach the link if I could find it.

Good night all.  The wine is winning and sleep is calling.   God Bless and sleep tight.
