This is just a guess but with common sense from what I've been reading. Treating CCSVI should maybe include other considerations along with the surgery. Many things effect MS in general, so why not consider those effects with the surgery, too? There are other causes which effect the veins as smoking, fluids, foods, activities as specific exercises, of couse blood thinners, etc. I have no changes in my MS after CCSVI treatments, as yet. Now, I wonder what I'm doing to hinder any possible improvements I could have? I would love surgery alone, to be a fix. Sometimes surgery is the fix but sometimes there are simple things a patient can do to enhance the overall results. So few good things in life are so simple. We know MS is not one of those good or simple things. Just wondering.
