I'm curious as to the thoughts of others on this question.

Do you beleive that it is possible for the nerves to be too damaged for a fix of blood flow to have any effect?  Does anyone with serious disability improve after angioplasty?

I wonder how improved bloodflow could make a difference if your brain isn't getting signals to your various limbs because of nerve/myelin damage.

Please provide me some good information to refute this thought, as I'm starting to have some serious doubts.  I don't want to be a doubter.  I want to BELIEVE!
