It is morning and I slept very little last night.

I wake quickly and offer to help get the kids ready.  I start to feed the pets despite being stiff.

DENIED.  Do not worry about it.  I can feed the animals dear husband.

I go to my chair and read morning communications.

Respond to emails and other morning stuff.  My wife gets her coffee and I stay clear of her because she has a long work day.

Oh, the water dispenser is out.  Wife is kitbbitizing around the house and I change the half water bottle.  Not easy to do, but I do it fairly routinely.

Lift off little plant.  Place on table.  Remove empty bottle.  Place it outside the house.  Grab new bottle.  Place it on dispenser.

Everything went perfect.   Struggle to move the bottle, but I filled my goal.

Good.

Put plant back on top of bottle.

Little base of the little plant hits the floor, but does not break.

OK.  Get down on ground, get low, find.  It did not break.  Place on table.  Cool.

My major problem is getting up from ground level.  I played football.  I know how to rise.  Now I use the nearby stool to climb up.

My arm failed.  I hit the ground and wall hard.  "OH F%&#@!"

Wife asked what happened. I just told her to go away.  I have strong, foolish pride.  I am flat on the ground with no way to really get up.

I crawl 10 feet to the nearby chair.  I get up.  And resume my day.

I am told to use the walker more.  The event was not walker related.  I was just trying to get up.

And finally I did.  And I did not break the window when I fell into it.

No broken glass or bones, no problem.
