My first was at Moffitt with Dr. Arslan.  I live in Nashville and now have an appointment with Dr. Sullivan in Atlanta. I was hoping there was a review of anyone's experience at American Access and Dr. Kevin Sullivan and any one who has had an occluded azygus vein that Dr. A could not access.
