Argh. 

This morning as I was changing my baby's diaper I got a sudden urge to throw up, got really hot & sweaty, and lost the ability to use my left arm.  Really I've seen everything in the diapers, so I can't really blame the baby or her grossness.  Thankfully my husband hadn't left for work yet, so I was able to get him to come help.  It's a rare rare moment when I ask for help, but I didn't have any choice. 

My left fingers & thumb are still feeling tingly, but not nearly as bad as this morning.
