I am just putting it out for everyone to read and think about.

Since i have had my procedure ( Dec 20, 2010) i have slowly been progressing back to where i was before.

Frustrated and miserable i recently went to see an Ayurveda doctor( Indian natural path)  to talk to him.

I have just started with a very slow and manageable program and just wanted to share what i know.

I am now drinking alkaline water ( water filter BIOCERA) taking Magnesium and going for hot oil massage ( very nice!!) 

If anyone would like information he is in Vancouver also if anyone else has anything more to share i would be iterested.
