I must say that reading the contents of this site is very educational and helpful.  Thus I will ask you (the real experts) this question.


A friend had the procedure done last year, and was improved for a short while but is now worsening. 


The problems were in the jugulars and were cleared out.  The follow up Doppler scans are saying that the jugulars are still clear.


Is there a scan for someone who shows nothing wrong with jugulars?  Something that would check the other potential problem areas?  It's quite disappointing for this person to feel worse yet be told that there's nothing wrong.


Would another MRV maybe be the solution?
