I have had Ms for 23 years. I had my angioplasty done in Merida Mexico on Sept 2. As soon as I came out of the anesthetic, I could feel I had more movement in my foot. I have been improving a little each day. Dr Solis and Mendossa were so thorough and informative, easy to understand and all around great Drs. The staff from Med Assist have been great. Jean has been so good at keeping me informed of how to do things and what I need to do. Jo Ann was excellent at arranging flights, especially after the big mix up with Air Mexicanna going into recievorship, Verronica and Lupis were excellent at getting us to all my appointments and Alex was a great companion for us. He showed us sites and made arrangements for vans and busses to make sure we got to the airport on time. We really enjoyed his company. I would recommend to anyone planning on having the angioplasty done to use the MedAssist team and to go to Mexico for treatment. By doing so, it takes all the pressure of planning and arranging off your shoulders and makes the whole experience very enjoyable.
