You have seen previous blogs about the cross Canada tour to “raise awareness and educate Canadians of the need for CCSVI treatment in Canada now”. Tim Donovan and John McLaughlin have taken on a huge challenge on our behalf. Just look at their itinerary for the month of May. http://www.newhopeforms.ca/3/miscellaneous4.htm

The tour means a lot to me as a person unable to travel out of country because of my MS. I want the blood to flow freely from my tired brain. I don’t have the time to wait to feel better, however slight that may be. But no if you have MS you can’t get your veins fixed in Canada. But if you don’t have MS you can get your blocked veins flowing. This does not make sense!  Look at Tim! He was hospitalized many times and spent an inordinate amount of time in bed over the past seven years. Now he has the energy to travel and speak across Canada because his veins were opened. Tim is only one of many who have had improved lifestyles because of angioplasty. We need to work together to get the word out about the wonderful possibilities of this treatment.

The tour needs our support big time. To make speeches across Canada`s 5,000 km, requires funding, at least $50,000.00! As of this moment they have raised less than $9,000.00. and the tour is already heading west. We can all take part to raise some money. You can register as a fundraiser on the tour website and email your link to your contacts, post it to “Face Book “, etc. You can make a donation yourself and leave it at that. Maybe you know someone involved with or close to a company or business willing to contribute to the tour in some way. All they can do is say yes or no! And I know we are a smart group that can come up with a bunch of creative ways to chip in and help.

Please for all our benefit, support the tour in some way, financially or otherwise. Let’s further our cause together.
