To All my MS Friends in our Group from Saskatchewan
I finally found an OPEN MINDED Neurologists in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This was like finding a "Needle in a Haystack" and as my Neuro in Alberta is retiring soon I thought I had better get busy finding a new one because it might take me forever to find one worth seeing. I know many of you have had awful experiences with your Neuros here in our Province and when I told this Dr some of these stories he was absolutley mortified and appauled at how many of us have been treated after we came home for being treated for our CCSVI. I have honestly never had such a good consultation and appointment with a Neurologist before. He was genuinely interested in hearing all about where and when I was treated for my CCSVI. He asked if he could have the copies of my MRV and procedures to view and any other medical reports to have on my file. His manner was very professional but very Open-minded to the fact how CCSVI could possibly help us and he is still taking new patients he said and would gladly see anyone that needs to see a Neurologist in the Province. He never once talked about MS Drugs and I liked that and I think that is because he is not tied into the MS Clinic which is a good thing and where his open-mindedness comes from. So in a nut shell he is a younger, open-minded Neurologist in Saskatoon very worth your time to see because lets face it we still have MS and need a Neurologist on our careteam. These are his details that your GP needs to refer you to be able to see him.
