From Centennial Imaging and CCSVI Evaluation by Dr. Haacke & Associates:
We have all new Siemens Imaging Equipment, including a 3 T MRI Research Magnet, 64 Slice CT
Scanner, 4D Accuson-2000 Color Echo Doppler Ultrasound, Digital X Ray,
Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Scanner and Dexa Bone Scanners.

In addition to MS, we are finding remarkable irregular vascular conditions in patients with
Lyme Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Chronic Fatigue, most unspecified
neurodegenerative conditions.
Most conditions can be treatable by intervention after we perform the
diagnostics.
We will help make treatment recommendations in conjunction
with their referring doctors.

Centennial Medical Imaging (CMI) is the name of our diagnostic and translational research center in the northwest part of Las Vegas called Summerlin.

It is located about 15-20 min NW of the Las Vegas airport (LAS) depending on traffic.

Dr  Mark Haacke PhD, who invented MR technology, MR
angiography and SWI (susceptibility weighted imaging) is our Director of
Biomedical Research.

He is world renowned, journal published MR theoretical Physicist and MR textbook author for training of radiologists in medical schools in 38 countries.

The self pay price for those without insurance is $3250 for the MRI Haacke Protocol but also
will include the 4D Color Echo Doppler Ultrasound Zamboni
Protocol.
However, they will not turn anyone down for monetary
reasons, and will have a payment plan for some.
But we take Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and we are contracted with over 50 Insurance
companies in and out of network.
The MRI procedure takes about 55 minutes and ultrasound about 20 minutes, so some patients may be
able to fly in and out the same day.
The script or order should say MRI of Brain w/wo, MRA of Head w/wo, and MRI of C-Spine
w/wo.

ICD9  codes or
descriptions should include fatigue, neck pain, headaches, any numbness or
tingling in limbs, any cognitive impairment, vertigo, head pressure, brain fog,
vision impairment and any other neuro related symptoms that fit ICD9
codes.
Also include diagnoses such as MS, PD, Lyme, Chronic Fatigue, Dementia, ALS, Alzheimers,
etc.
