I can't find the original posting, but someone recently mentioned the Nutritional guidelines on the Direct-MS site.

WOW!  I looked at the suggestions and am wondering if anyone is following this diet (no dairy, legumes, or gluten)?

If so, what the heck are you eating?  I'm looking at the sample breakfasts and I must say that I can't eat fish or chicken for BREAKFAST!

I haven't eaten any 4-legged animals for almost 20 years, but that's nothing compared to these recommendations.
