On Tuesday I am scheduled to have another CCSVI.  I am hopeful and excited.

The trip to the University of Alabama-Birmingham has been prepared.  Hotel. Surgeon.

Let us pray and do it.

I have done this before and I falied to keep the benefits.

I hope to learn from my mistakes.

Neuro update.

I had a meeting with my neuro and my wife.  I could not determine which of them was more pessimistic and dismissive of CCSVI.

The neuro did a test on me about Tysabri.  I am a 1 in 10000 chance of brain infection.  Wife and neuro preferred Tysabi to CCSVI.  I do not agree.

I like to think I have lived a moral life.  If I see something clearly, I like to stay focused on my goal and achieve.  My goal is improvement.  No specific items, just better.

My concerns are very few.  The biggest issue is not the procedure, rather that my mother hopes we can return the same day as the procedure.  I do not mind traveling.  But doing a 7 hour drive the same day as surgery feels aggressive.

What do you think?

Thank you.
