HUMAN RIGHTS TRIBUNAL CLAIM WAS REGISTERED IN BC!!!

Since Monday I am trying to figure out how to deliver this news to all of you, but mostly to British Columbians who shared with our group their “medical MS/CCSVI horror stories” for the reason of being a part of a Group Class Claim with Human Rights Tribunal in BC. After months of collecting data, documents, and information, establishing a LIST OF RESPONDENTS (Responsible Parties to the Discriminatory practice of denying persons with MS appropriate vascular medical care), time consuming consultations with willing lawyers and multiple changes to the claim – we Finally did it


ON MONDAY, November 7TH, 2011 WE WENT TO HUMAN RIGHTS CLAIM OFFICE ON ROBSON STREET AND REGISTERED OUR BC GROUP CLASS CLAIM.



Sincere thanks to each of you who took time to be a part of this action; we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.



Each of you who are part of this claim will be getting updates on the progress.
