Here is an aspect I simply don't 'get'. In Canada there is a lot of MS suppsedly because we are distant from the equator with 'less' sun a nd therefore less Vitamin D. And so one would conclude that Sun and Warmth are beneficial to an MS sufferer. However I am MUCH WORSE in our hot months (despite air conditioning) and react at once with undesirable symptoms IF and AS SOON AS I go out in hot, bright sunlight. My 'best' months are the colder ones, and cloudiness, sadly, is preferable to sunshine as far as clear vision and steady walking are concerned. I would like this contradiction explained tio me.
