This is the email response I received back when I asked questions about why do we need to start at a phase 1 trial when we allready perform Venous Angioplasty in Canada and have for decades? I encourage everyone out there to send email, call or write a letter to this lady who is the head contact at the CIHR for the CCSVI Trials in Canada so they feel the pressure from Canadians how a Phase 1 trial start point is a waste of time and our tax payer $$. Get on to phase 3 to start doing the procedure now on patients!
Dear Michelle,
Further to our conversation late last week, I am following up on the questions that you left with me:
Question: Why was a request for a Phase 1 trial released when Venous Angioplasty is a procedure that has been done in Canada for decades? I am referring you to the following link to a frequently asked questions document available on the CIHR website: http://www.cihr-irsc.gc.ca/e/44560.html.
Best regards,
Nancy

I finally got to meet a Hero of mine Dr. Kirsty Duncan MP from Etobicoke, Ontario who has been fighting so hard in the House of Commons for us. Kirsty and I have been in touch via email and telephone alot and are good friends now thanks to the CCSVI movement in Canada. She truly is an Angel here on earth.
