Stem cell update 21 Mar 2010 (stem cells 6 Dec 2011)
Note: see earlier blogs for other info Will update every second week. Did post last week, but that was just because I was so distraught. Generally I'll stick to twice a month. Week of 12 Mar was a rough one: a good adjustment, a rough day, emotional crash when adjustment benefits left, couple rough days, couple good ones. Exercising twice a day, 17 minutes and 12 minutes. Managed to drive car around two blocks. Felt warmer where body parts were cold before (heat wraps helped). Sweated at night which is good (because I haven't sweated in years) but is also a menopause symptom. Topical progesterone at night 3 weeks out of 4. Week of 19 Mar is week off progesterone, 1st one in 2 months. No night sweats. Hadn't been sleeping well, waking up. 5 days in row:( Stopped eating after dinner (I usually have some fruit) and it seemed to help. I was due for adjustment, but with lack of sleep and apprehension of what happened last time didn't get it. Phew. Doing exercise twice a day, 15 min and 15 min for total of 30 minutes now. Started at 5 minutes. I am 49 and birthday coming soon, the big 5 0. Yikes. My favorite music is Led Zeppelin, who knew they'd ever become old school? OK, not stem cell related.
