My "Primative" diet continues.
Lots of vegetables.
Fruits.
Baked meats.
Nothing fried.
No bread or potatoes.
No sodas. (that was tough)
No candy.
No In-between meal snacks.
Glass of wine at night.
And I have more energy.
The guiding light is if aborigines did not have it in the outback, neither should I.
When I had something off the diet, coffee, it kicked my ass.
My weight has gone down.
The biggest thing: My Leg Drop Is Better!
I still use the walker and "cruise" without it, BUT my right foot is lifting more.
I am encouraged.
And I am doing this on my own largely.
Self disciple is the biggest challenge, but all good thing start with a step.
It is only impossible if you think about it.
Power to the people.
Power to the cure.
