Hi all...This would be my month 2 update to my jugular reconstruction. So far I'm feeling great. My hands still have 90% feeling back and feet 50% . I have had no more headaches. I'm just getting my new glasses this week as I have waited to see if there was going to be any more improvement since my surgery. All progress that I seen just following surgery is still there but there is nothing new to talk about. My walking has not improved it has just stayed the same. I was hoping that there would have been a little more in the walking department but I'm still in physio.  I think that depending how bad you are going into this will have a direct impact on how you are coming out of it. My ultimate hope was to stop any further damage from happening so I can remain walking as I still am. I have had good recovery everywhere else though so this was definitely a positive outcome. I am still hoping that as I continue with physio I will gain more strength and walk better. Next month I will start my new drug Plavix that Dr. Hernandez has prescribed for the next 9 months. My scars have all healed and feeling is starting to return to normal in my neck. I'm hoping that I have more good news for you all next month.
