We always thought that the pharmaceutical companies would get in on the act and now it appears that this drugs for high blood pressure (lisinopril) is effective in MS patients but in this article the conclusion is that it is an immunomodulatory drug... So there is still a relectance on the part of the pharmaceutical company to acknowledge the role of the circulatory system in MS. There is a more in depth information on this page, which comes to the same conclusion. I know that one member of this site has found it helpful as it is through her posting on facebook that I heard about it. Thanks Jan.
