Does anyone out there have severe back pain? And what do you do to relieve it? Never mind the burning tingling in my legs and hands. 2 months ago i ended up taking a whole bottle of hydrmorphine just to stop the pain. Ended up in emergecy for 3 days. I just want the pain to stop.  Big mistake cos now the doctore are afraid to give me medication.  So I sit here still in pain and they just keep on working. Just  a
