Has any Dr. or individual tried a combination of two or more of the current treatments? They seem to do something different and could be addressing part of the whole problem. It seems that would be a good solution for the drug companies. They would have to share possible profits from sales.  That makes sense to share research expenses. They would succeed allot faster...unless they don't want to.
