NEW! A randomized, placebo controlled study shows that a Mediterranean Diet (fruits, veggies, nuts, olive oil) improves cognitive function. This study took 4 years, and is "gold standard" which is difficult to do for nutrition studies, so this publication is a big deal. Oxidative stress is a huge factor in MS, and this diet, full of antioxidants, can really help! Jeff sent me the study in an e-mail this morning with a lot of love and thanks.
