A glaring omission in this interview--Dr. Zivadinov does not mention that phase 2 was a failure. It did not reach its endpoint of >75% restoration of venous flow. In fact, the people treated and the people in the sham arm had the same, sub-par venous return of 50%. In phase 1, treated patients had >75% restored venous flow, and showed better CSF movement a year later. How can he cite anything regarding outcomes in phase 2, if this trial did not meet its endpoint?
