Dr. Zamboni notes another case of the omohyoid muscle in the neck compressing the jugular vein. (Dr. Simka first published about this in 2012.) The muscle was surgically transected, the venous flow was returned through the jugular, and the patient is doing well, from a 3 EDSS to a 1, no relapses.
