Where exactly is the 'Omohyoid Muscle' located? Here some images of the culprit which is compressing the Vena jugularis in some people with CCSVI. Btw, the Vagus Nerve (autonomic nervous system) is not far from the “crime scene” either. Actually the nerve is right in the middle of the trouble spot! Have a look.:
