CCSVI in Multiple Sclerosis
Italian physicians find a correlation between Meniere's Syndrome and CCSVI (in 24 of 25 patients), and venoplasty for CCSVI in all 5 treated patients resulted in relief in symptoms. Interestingly, the cause of Meneire's is not completely understood. It is thought to be caused by a back up of fluids in the inner ear, creating dizziness and tinnitus. There have been cases of high jugular bulb deformity found in Meniere's, and I will link other research that has found this connection to venous flow in the comments below. Healthy jugular venous flow is VERY IMPORTANT for all human beings. We're finally understanding why. http://www.minervamedica.it/en/journals/otorinolaringologia/article.php?cod=R27Y2013N04A0173Chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency in menière syndrome: diagnosis and treatment -...www.minervamedica.it Home > Journals > Otorinolaringologia > Archive > Otorinolaringologia 2013 December;63(4) > Otorinolaringologia 2013 December;63(4):173-7
