We must get more attentive and aggressive towards continually alerting our politicians in order to awake then to this very necessary treatment  .... Personally i am very ashamed of our so called -one of the worlds BEST medical treatment countries.. NOT even CLOSE..   MONEY and the VERY Wealthy comes first ...  John Zacharias
