Since last August, I have been wait listed for Dr. Siskin's clinic in Albany with an estimated date of July 2011, but this morning I received an e-mail tellin me that it will now be Octoberish instead.  I was wondering if anyone could let me know of other clinics and their experiences, just in case I change my mind.  I live in Ontario, so proximity to it would be preferred just in case I will need to return for follow up.
