Hi everyone, i had my procedure done on the secound of August in poland (katovice). i had my left jugular stenosed and the procedure took about 50 minuets to open it up, i had to stay in the hospital until the day after so the day after comes and i left the hospital and went back to my hotel room where my mother was waiting for me, it wasnt a very hot day but i would say it was 27 plus humidity over 32 which is very hot for me.si i told my mother to lets go for a walk because i had no pain left in my ties. so we started walkin and walking for over 3 hours in downtown and it was aroung that point that i realized i have been sweating all over my body and the heat was not bothering me at all, then at the same time i realized i havewalked for 3 hours in the heat with no stop and i have absolutly no fatigue. so when i started thinking about all these three benefits and realizing  that this is the first time i have done this in 10 years without pain and suffering i started breaking down in front of everybody in downtown poland . my mother started runing towards me thinking im getting sick but i told her u dont have to worry, i havent felt like this for 10 years and if u like to help me mom  you can find me a washroom so i can wash my face.  i honestly felt alive after 10 years, the benefits are priceless
