I'm form South Africa. Had my ultrasound done by a Specialist Vascular Surgeon, whos abit sceptical about CCSVI. This what he wrote in my report:

"Carotid duplex Doppler revealed no significant extracranial vasculare disease. Jugular venous Doppler showed an apparently normal internal jugular on the right side with a normal innomate. On the left side I was unable to distend the internal jagular at its upper portion which appeared to be irregular and fibrotic. Several valves were present, but there was no obvious holdup at the site of the valves. There were no high velocity signals seen. The jugular venous Doppler suggest the possiblity of left-sided jugular abnormality."

If there is anyone with a bit of backgound that can maybe comment on this report would be awesome! :) Thx
