This looks like a useful tool for when we are visiting doctors who have patient comprehension problems. It also makes it easier to come up with the right words right when you need them instead of two minutes after you leave the office (MY biggest problem cog fog wise) A written copy to the doctor would put an end to the line, "I didn't know"
